How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused hair extensions. For hygiene reasons, the security seal must be intact. If you find the color isn't a perfect match, we offer free exchanges for a different shade.
